These Terms of Service ("Terms") are entered into between Huizhou Huaji Weilai Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us") and you, governing your use of the CNERA AI website at https://cnera.cn and related services.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the website, registering an account, or purchasing a membership, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The Service

CNERA provides curated AI and technology news, in-depth articles, market information, an AI character dialogue feature, and other digital content services. Certain content and features are available only to paying members. The exact benefits of each membership plan are as displayed on the subscription page.

3. Membership & Fees

Membership is a digital content subscription and is activated immediately upon successful payment. The service does not use automatic renewal and will not charge you again upon expiry. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.

4. Account & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity occurring under your account. Membership benefits are personal and may not be shared, transferred, resold, or rented to third parties.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use automated scripts, crawlers, or bulk-download tools to scrape, mirror, or mass-retrieve content from the website;
• Reproduce, republish, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content without written authorisation;
• Share, sublicense, or sell membership access to others;
• Upload or transmit any unlawful, defamatory, or infringing material, or attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate the above, without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, data, graphics, layout, and the CNERA name and logo — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for personal, non-commercial reading and reference, no content may be reproduced or used without prior written consent.
